SNOW on March 28th and Lots of it!

We were supposed to get snow last night. I was not surprised when I woke up and there was no snow to be seen. I was surprised when it started snowing and snowed hard all day long. It was a very wet snow, but the most snow we had all year actually. The kids loved it =)

This is the track where they were riding . . . although Ryan stuck to the flat parts this trip.

Puppies

Anybody want a puppy? They are great with kids! And kids love em too!!
My friend has some cute little puppies that will need a home. If you are looking for a little one to love you can take one home.

Or maybe even two.

They come from a really good mom, very mellow and well behaved

And even downright sleepy at times. Now I know where they got the phrase "dog pile" . . .

BRACES =)

Amber has braces, she was soooo excited too, she get's to pick the color bands around them and she has pink and orange this time.

It's Saturday

Ryan had a school performance on my birthday 3/12 =) He had a lot of fun and did a great job! He knew all the words and did all the motions. It was a musical celebrating a Day Off in the Life of a Kid =) It was performed by the 4th graders only. They were all dressed in PJ's and they Gym was set up like a large sleepover party with sleeping bags, couch's. They sang about watching cartoons on Saturday, sleeping in, having fun, then doing chorse, piano lessons and ended with more fun and lots of dancing =)

If this picture had turned out it would have been the best. It is very hard to get good pictures in the Gym, but I still think it shows what an awesome job they did. This picture is the piano teacher . . . time for piano lessons, only the danced and he even danced on the piano, no real practicing going on, just lots of fun!
Ryan was very excited about his performance! He did such a great job and it was fun to watch! I'm so glad the schools do performances such as this!

International St. Patricks Day Party

Ryan and Amber have really shown an interest in getting to know people from other countries. They signed us up for a International Thanksgiving dinner last year and now to a St. Patricks Day Party. They didn't talk soooo much with the internationals, but there was a 7yr old named Abby that they played with on the trampoline in the back yard. They loved that! I enjoyed meeting a lot of really interesting people. It was a lot of fun! We played games and the prize was to wear these fun wigs (if you can't tell, they loved it too)

Ryan Riding

Mike has been taking Ryan to the Church to practice riding his bike. He is doing great! Thought I would include a couple of pictures. I even got to take it around the field a few times =)

I really think we picked a good bike for Ryan!
We got to ride in a friends field too =)
and when I say we, I mean we =) Hey, it's a lot of fun!
