FreedomFest 2009

FreedomFest 2009 went really well this year. Mike was supposed to help cook, but they had more help than they needed so he didn't have to do much. I helped at the information table, and the kids helped by climbing the rock wall, that was their favorite part

I would think the ride back down would be the most fun =)

They liked the big slide too, but still spent more time on the climbing wall.

We didn't even try to take pictures of the fireworks this year. They don't come out that great anyway. But they were great! A good time was had by all =)

Omni Air Tour

We got to tour a DC10 at Omni. We've done it before, but we got to take our friends =)

Freedom's Flag

The rope that holds our flag at church broke =( We got a lift to try to fix it but it didn't go up high enough to reach, so we had to call the fire department. Since I was at work when they came I had to get some pictures (of course)


Allen tried to help . . . but there is only so much you can do from the ground (hee hee) I didn't get a picture of it at the end, but it is hanging again and working 100% now.
