The Ultimate Thrill

I didn't realize that I had three dare devils with me on this trip. When they saw "Ultimate Thrill Ride" I didn't stand a chance. So I just took pictures and prayed

First they put on all the safety gear
At Six Flags - the boys are ready to go
Here are Mike and Jim at Hurricane Harbor on the first day ready to try the ride for the first time.
Then they slowly winch them up to the top of the 15 story high tower

That is them, the dot just a little way down from the top. Then they release and drop and swing.
then they are a dot way up in the air
After they swing for awhile they are easy to see. Except that part of the sky was cloudy at Six Flags. It made for a cooler day, but not so easy for pictures like this.
The added thrill of flying over the wave pool at Hurricane Harbor was more fun, but at Six Flags you flew over the top of the building which seemed close to me and made pictures more difficult.
They enjoyed it both times, but Mike's smile is a bit bigger after the initial flight at Hurricane Harbor.
Below all three look happy, or "cool" to be able to survive the ride (I'm sure I was more scared than they were)
Mike loved it so much he had to do it again . . . for the kids (ha ha)

Amber waiting patiently at Six Flags while the boys had their thrill (and I took pic's)
