The Summer has flown by . . . . . and if it's over, why is it still so diddly darn hot?

Okay, so I have been bad about updating this lately. With Centri-Kid Camp and Sports Camp and all the normal crazy busy things going on it has been a bit difficult to get this updated. But camps are over and so is school shopping (okay, so we really only needed shoes and pants, but still). The kids are registered for school and I can't believe it is only 12 days away (yikes). They are planning a fun week with Dad for his last week off for the summer. Of course Amber get's three baby teeth pulled Monday, Dad get's one pulled Wednesday, and Ryan has to go to the eye doctor so I'm not sure that it is going to be quite as fun as they are thinking. (especially Amber - yikes). Amber is supposed to start piano lessons on Monay as well (how did that happen). We will just have to see how that pans out . . . I already called to cancel her tutor session that same day (go figure). I went shopping for nice soft foods, lots of ice cream, yogurt, soup and straws (for both Dad and Amber).
